I will provide a customized session using multiple modalities (Swedish, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, etc) in order to achieve your desired results and at your comfort level. My goal is to get your tense muscles, active and latent trigger points released in order to allow you to truly relax. Whether your goal is just to relax or to gain some relief from pain, I will use my experience and knowledge to bring you the best possible outcome.

Membership available at $75 / month for 60 minutes and $110 / month for 90 minutes and includes a treatment each month. 

Treatments include: Theragun Application, Cupping, Gua Sha (Muscle Scraping), Basalt or Himalayan Hot Stones, or Reflexology. (Must be booked with massage.)
